Follow these steps to reset your password using your Email:
- Go to tictacbets.co.za.
- Click the “forgot password” button, enter your email address.
- You will receive a 1st email with a link click it to reset your password.
- Then you will get a 2nd email with a new password.
- Login using the new password.
- Then once login, go to Settings, User Profile, PASSWORD and change it to your own password.
Follow these steps to reset your password using your phone number:
- Go to tictacbets.co.za.
- Click the “forgot password” button, enter your phone number (start with +27) and click next.
- You will receive a an SMS with a verification code on your phone, enter the code and click next.
- Enter your new password and confirm it.
- Login using the new password.
